Correct pricing errors (if an error is discovered after purchase, we will contact you with options to proceed or cancel)
Limit quantities available for purchase
Refuse or cancel orders at our discretion

Prices are listed in USD and do not include applicable taxes or shipping fees unless otherwise stated. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country.

4. Orders and Payment

Payment Processing: We use Square as our primary payment processor and may offer Klarna or Afterpay for installment payments. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method.

Order Acceptance: Your order is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order. Order confirmation emails do not constitute acceptance—acceptance occurs when we ship your order.

Production Time: As products are made-to-order, production typically takes 2-7 business days before shipping. Total delivery time includes production time plus shipping time.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We ship internationally. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and vary by destination and product type.

Domestic (US/Canada): Typically 3-10 business days after production
International: Typically 7-21 business days after production

We are not responsible for:

Delays caused by customs processing
Incorrect addresses provided by customers
Packages marked as delivered by the carrier
Lost or stolen packages after carrier confirmation of delivery

International Customers: You are responsible for compliance with your country’s import regulations and payment of any customs duties, taxes, or fees. We are not responsible for packages refused or returned due to customs issues.

6. Returns and Refunds

Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns for change of mind. We stand behind the quality of our products and will address the following situations:

Defective Products: If you receive a defective product, contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos. We will replace the item at no additional cost.

Wrong Item Shipped: If you receive an incorrect item, contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will ship the correct item at no additional cost.

Damaged in Transit: If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will send a replacement.

Refund Process: Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

We reserve the right to require return of defective items before issuing replacements or refunds.

7. Marketing Communications
