Because each item is printed to order, we do not accept returns except for the following reasons:
- misprinted design
- damaged upon delivery
- product received defective
Except for customers in Brazil, we do not accept returns and provide refunds for “buyer’s remorse”.
All return and refund requests for the above listed reasons must be received within 30 days of product delivery.
To initiate a return request, please send an email to support@ubuntumascotmerch.com. Be sure to include the reason you are requesting to return the item. Please attach pictures that show the misprint/damage/defect to the email.
